FLL area Holiday Inn properties -- need some quick advice

We are looking to stay one night in an IHG property -- so Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crown Plaza or Candlewood -- in November.

We are flying into FLL around noon and flying out the next day early in the morning -- on our way to San Juan for a cruise. We are changing our original plans to fly into Puerto Rico the day before because we don't want to risk not having a place to stay.

I see the HI Express properties on State Road 84 (Marina Mile Rd.), the one on Route 1 in Dania Beach and the one on the 17th Street Causeway all have availability. There is also a Candlewood on Marina Mile Rd., a Crown Plaza on State Road 84 (SW 24th Street) and a Holiday Inn on Sheridan Street. Does anyone have any opinions on these?

We don't care about free breakfast -- we'll be leaving too early to take advantage of that. We just want a place that is clean and maybe has some food options close by.

17h Street will have the best options for food nearby lots of restaurants. State rd 84 all properties have very limited options not sure about Dania Beach but i think is further from the airport

Thanks. I think we are going to end up on 17th Street, simply because they offer a 24-hour shuttle. Our flight to San Juan the next morning is early and I like to be at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
