I'd take the corner aft (7388), one less person next to me.

Bob, one can always count on you! 7388 has a weird configuration however. There is a big cicular opening and then a smaller rail area plus a post in the middle of the room if I recall.

I was in 7690 7 years ago and visited in 7688, but I don't remember the balcony that well. I think the corner on deck 7 had the full sliding glass door, but I can't remember!

7388..... I had 7688 ( mirror cabin on opposite side) and it was great. You have a view to the side. No posts in the middle of the cabin. Huge balcony.....great!

There is no comparison.

This cabin has the largest balcony on the ship of any balcony cabin. Balcony may be larger than the cabin.

You could have your Meet & Mingle out there with ease! ;) :D

Just saw a pic on cruise line rooms dot com of it. HOLY COW:eek:

By sheer luck, we booked that cabin (7688 on Explorer) for our very first cruise.

Second cruise? 7688 Explorer

Third cruise? 7388 Voyager

Who knows whether we would have gotten "quite as hooked" on cruising if we had not had that superlative balcony on our three initial cruises?
