Izumi on Freedom?

In my cruise planner there is a picture of Izumi under the 5nt. dining package, but I can't see where to book it. Does Freedom not have an Izumi? This is very confusing and misleading.

We are on Freedom in June and so far we have not seen that there is Izumi. That is one of our favorites on other ships.
