Ncl sky 1/8

Hello all!

I am currently booked for The Sky leaving Monday. Wondering if the ship still plans on stopping in Freeport. I know in the past year the 4 day went to Cuba, but no excursions are listed on explore and plan or on the shore excursion page for Grand Bahama. I don't want to plan anything with another company to find out last minute that a change has been made to the itinerary.

I don't think the ship can just suddenly decide to go to Cuba without prior approval, visas etc. Is this what you were thinking?

I wasn't worried about the ship suddenly going to Cuba. Just that the ship may stop at another port either US or Bahamian or that it may skip Grand Bahama all together. I read in another post here that some tour companies aren't running the days NCL plans on being in port when in Freeport as the NCL pulled out suddenly and decided to go to Cuba instead last year.

I am also booked for the Sky leaving on 1/8. I was just on the app and there are shore excursions available for purchase for Grand Bahama, so you should be good.

Unless there is some emergency, the cruise will sail as planned. Example is a hurricane or bombcyclone in its path.
