...how much is the drinks package? Coffee card? Soda package?

We haven't sailed on RCCL for a while (last few have been Norwegian, Celebrity and one mistake aboard Carnival!), so we're a little out of touch.

Looking to book the Adventure up to New England/Canadian coast in the fall.

Royal uses dynamic pricing, so it varies by ship and sailing. It seems most ships have the alcohol package in the 45-50 range based on sales, though a little outside that range is possible. Refreshment is 18-26 though from posts it seems the 2019 sailings might be more. And soda is always 8something though some have posted 2019 sailings at higher rate.

You cannot. However, you can go the Roll Call thread for that cruise and ask the folks on that cruise what their Cruise Planner shows for pricing.
