Depending on Latitudes level there are gift shop items that are discounted but not cigs or booze and its selected. No to excursions. Internet yes watch for them in your daily letter.Specialty dining depends how they have sold but sometime they will offer ist night special but it been rare lately because of the free dining packages offered on most cruises.

The do run sales where you pick free (or almost free) options such as drinking, dining, excursions and internet. Number of usually tied to the level of cabin you book.
