St. Lucia bye bye but hello Martinique!

So, we've got a cruise on Adventure OTS in late August that is scheduled to stop in St. Lucia. Never have been there so was looking forward to it. I've only just found out that they are doing a lot of dredging and they are diverting ships to Martinique (until November). That's fine with me as I've never been here but I don't know anything about the island and excursions to do. Anyone who's been there have any advice as to "must do's"? Thanks,

Martinique: A must do? Then a bottle (or 2) of a Rhum never seen in the USA - For that special occasion.

La Favorite - La Flibuste Rhum - Martinique
