Never heard of booking a reservation at the cruise beforehand. With offsite parking, yes, but not terminal parking. Just back from a cruise from Miami last Saturday actually and zipped right in, parked on deck 3 and was in the terminal in about 5 minutes. That's after dropping off my luggage prior to parking.

I'm so looking forward to doing this ahead of time rather than waiting on a line first thing as we board and booking. 🤩

Getting off as early as possible is going to be your best bet. As Firefly333 says, maybe do walk off with luggage. If not, inform Guest Services and show them your flight change and they can issues you a lower luggage tag number to get you off the ship asap. Good luck.

This is not me just saying things; this came from the manager himself, Stanny.

I just got off of Independence OTS and had breakfast most mornings in Chops. One morning I ordered the pancakes. Dry and flavorless and hard around the edges. I mentioned it to the manager when he came by and asked if everything was alright. I said the pancakes were terrible and he said all they do is go into the Windjammer and grab some for our breakfast but if you want our chefs (in Chops) to make them fresh, they will. Needless to say, they made them fresh for us on the next visit.

Still saying "We’re stuffed! Reservations are currently not available.". Oh well. Maybe next time. We have the UDP, which I know doesn't apply to the Railway, so we'll still have some incredible dining options. Next time maybe.

I can't find my updated list and the recent one I had only had a few ships. Can someone please repost the complete listings. I need to plan more cruises LOL. Thank you

That would be sweet. Waiting 45 minutes to make dining reservations is nuts; and of course there's usually only one person taking them.

In our 50+ cruises with Royal, it's happened to us once. I guess we could have asked but......

I've a Utopia sailing on 09/30/2024 and when I try to do the Railroad booking it says "We’re stuffed! Reservations are currently not available". Are they sold out or a glitch in the system????? Also, I've purchased the UDP already but thinking I should book this beforehand as it'll probably be sold out; if it's not already. I'll just take an obc towards the purchase price. Any suggestions other than keep trying? Thanks.

Just got off of Rhapsody and when I went to put my tags onto my luggage prior to the sailing, they were from a different upcoming sailing...😲 🤣

I was very disappointed when Freedom removed any trace of a steam/sauna room. Cabins took it's space.....$$$$$$$$$ is the bottom line. Was just on Rhapsody and it's steam/sauna was intact and working beautifully.

We're doing the northbound Radiance OTS on 07/12 from Vancouver, BC which ends in Seward, AK. From there we're hopping on the train for a land tour portion which ends in Fairbanks. 2 days later, we're on the Summit for a southbound cruise from Seward, AK and finishes up in Vancouver, BC. I'll let you know which ship we prefer! 😉
