hello!

i was just wondering if there are any websites that i can go to in order to find what each port of call is "known for" as far as souvinirs go. i am going on my first cruise next year to nassau, st thomas, and st maarten, and i like to collect little goodies from each vacation i go on. ( i can't help it, ilove shopping!)

any help would be appreciated!

The tourism site for those locations will give you all kinds of information. Also, what I found invaluable was when we went to Bermuda, I went to a search engine and typed in Bermuda yellow pages. They have a site! I found all kinds of information on the locations of liquor stores, fabric store, drug/pharmacy store (in St. George), etc. I would be willing to bet you can find such a site online. Search engines can help you find the most descriptive sites out there. Some are official country sites and others are just for advertising what they have. Good luck.
