Feeding the stingrays -- what can I buy ahead of time?

I have heard of people buying fish food or other things to feed the sting rays. Obviously I want to feed them healthy foods. (Not that I always eat healthy, mind you!)

What kind of fish food? Other food?

I was able to feed them when we did the stingray tour in October and the food of choice was squid... I almost freaked out though cause as soon as you put it in the water they all swarm to where you are!!! It felt like a little vacuum cleaner.. it just sucked it right out of my hand!!

This was the best excursion I have been on ever!! Certainly a memorable time..
