Stockholm/Dover

We recently stayed in Dover (July 09) at the

Best Western Churchill Hotel & Health Club

it is an older style hotel and was having some exterior renovations but the position is excellent. Right on the water between the cruise terminal and ferry terminal. If booking, it is worth the little extra for a water view room. The rooms are a good size and have balconies overlooking the ports. But as I said it is an older style hotel. It is within walking distance to the town centre and great views of the White Cliffs of Dover. It has a bar & outdoor area at the front of the hotel to fill in any sapre time you have. They have a free phone for taxi's for the next day to the port.

The night we stayed there it was almost full capacity and most were Oceania passengers.
