CenTexGal Posted October 3, 2009 #51 Share Posted October 3, 2009 Absolutely NOT!!!!! Sleeping in my world, happens between midnight and 6:00 am. I don't nap at home and I will not nap on vacation...too much to see, do and enjoy. There is plenty of time to sleep when I am dead;)
Minoushka Posted October 3, 2009 #52 Share Posted October 3, 2009 I do enjoy a nap if I got up too early I find when you sit in the sun or shade you do tend to get drowsy A little quick 40 winks is the best On our first Costa Cruise at first I felt dinner at 9pm was WAY too late but it actually was great .We rarely had lunch so when we got back on board we would grab a bite .Go back to cabin ,shower and relax ie Nap until time to get ready for supper .It worked out very well because we were rested for all evening activities To nap is LUXURIOUS!!! Senoj84 Posted October 3, 2009 #53 Share Posted October 3, 2009 I'm definitely a napper on cruises. I probably sleep as much as I eat on the cruise. I nap for an hour or so. Usually around 3-5 pm.
Fun, Fun 44 Posted October 3, 2009 #54 Share Posted October 3, 2009 ABSOLUTELY nappers here. :) Wake up 430ish order room service coffee and sit on the balcony awhile and enjoy the quiet dark and the stars. Go back to bed awhile, up for breakfast roam the ship or ports and back for a power nap so to be alive for the late night. We never get much sleep at a time. lol So naps are a apart of the cruise for us. ;) Plus it's a vacation. Power nap away! Kat

nanuak Posted October 3, 2009 #57 Share Posted October 3, 2009 We don't take naps at home, but on the ship.... what a luxury! The comfortable beds, the rocking motion of the sea, and we are out for the count :D.
