Hotel Arts in Barcelona

Does anyone know if Hotel Arts is in a pedestrian friendly zone? On the map it appears to be on a highway and I'm not seeing any sidewalks. Is it possible to walk to the subway, and maybe even the port, on sidewalks from there?

You have sidewalks, you have a promenade along the beach until the port, you can go on foot to the subway and you have there many buses to the center. The highway is on a lower level than the sidewalks.
