Cancelling shore excursions on the ship?

Hello,

 

I am looking for others experience with this type of situation -

We leave on this Sunday, and I have reconsidered a shore excursion I have booked for Tuesday. I was not able to modify the shore excursion online so I called the Crown and Anchor number. They indicated to me that because I am within the 4 day window (just hit that today - nothing like me waiting till the last minute to reconsider!) that they are not able to modify it on their end - but I can cancel up to 24 hours prior to the start of the excursion at that Excursions desk or through the online TV option in your cabin.

 

Anyone have any experience with this working - or not working??

Yes,you can but when you cancel on the ship the money will be refunded to your onboard account and NOT the credit card you purchased it with. If they are the same then no issues.

Hi,

Yes you should be able to cancel the excursion at the guest relations desk after you've boarded.
