EPIC or InterContinental... which one would you choose?

Hi all,

 

thanks to one of the members here, Cruiseat50, for our pre-cruise stay, I was able to get a really good deal on InterContinental Miami... $84/night.

 

I'm now doing research where to stay for a couple of nights after our cruise:

 

InterContinental for $84/night

 

or

 

EPIC Hotel (ranked #1 on TripAdvisor) for $167/night. FREE Breakfast included.

 

Which one do you think is a better deal? Should we splurge a little and book the EPIC?

Yes, book the Epic. While the Intercontinental is a nice 4 star, the Epic is a luxury hotel. It is so much nicer than the Intercontinental. Really, it will blow your socks off.

I know it depends on when you are staying, but I can't find below $160 for Intercotinental. We do have 3 people in the room, but it shouldn't make that much difference. Dates Jan 1-3 Where did you get that rate? Thanks

$160 for January 1-3rd is a steal for the Intercontinental. Think so the dates.
