Doubletree Biscayne Bay

Looking at this hotel for a one nite stay prior to cruise 2/26. They offer cruise parking for around $60 more than just a room. I understand parking at cruise port is $20 per day (9 days=$180). Any input from anyone who has stayed here and any ideas how to get a better rate. Thanks :)

We stayed there 3/09 and it was fine (like a downtown hotel, small ish rooms...), super workout room, awesome views, be sure to go to the outdoor pool area-very scenic/beautiful. Had some joining boutique shops.

We spent the evening in South Beach which was a quick taxi ride. Have fun ;D

Stayed there on business, not for a cruise, but the room was big, the bathroom was huge, and I could see POM from my balcony. Dining in the bar was good; there's not much else in the area except for a good wine bar/tapa's place a couple of blocks away. The hotel is actually several floors of a condo building - check trip advisor for more reviews. I'd go back! Good luck!:)
