Jewel Of the Sea 9/28/04 Are we going to have the ship to ourselves?

Recommended Posts

Have you looked on the roll call section? thats where the majority of people register for M & M.

Just returned from the Jewel last Saturday. We managed 35 in our M & M and RCCL put on a great party for us, free cocktails, free gifts, raffle, music etc.

My husband, mother and sister-in-law and I will be on the same sailing. I too have been looking for more cruisers. We're from Boston and have family in Nova Scotia so have been there many times but never to Quebec. Mother-in-law is French so it will be fun having someone with us who is fluent. It looks as though the ship is pretty near sold out but I did find out that there are some cruise agencies that have blocked space for this sailing. Around 71 days out from sailing, I expect to see staterooms come back on when these agents return unsold cabins. We booked about 6 weeks ago and we are on the 7th deck forward. I'm watching for midship cabins to become available because my sister-in-law is worried about the motion. Doesn't bother me but I can understand her fear as she has never sailed before. We're in our mid 50's, hubby works for Verizon. I used to be a real estate broker but don't work now. Have cruised many times, but never the east coast and Canada. We're all so excited. Sally
