Great story! When I first saw the thread title, I thought great -- some dufus not only thought they should jump on a raft and head to the U.S., but they were dumb enough to put their pups in jeopardy. Being the furbaby lover that I am, I was about to get riled up... haha, so I'm really glad that wasn't the case.

 

Oh, and I love happy endings! ;)

Really pleased that they were all rescued and the pics were great!

 

One question though....what happens to the bost they had to abandon? Surely it just doesn't float around out there empty....or perhaps it had sprung a leak but not quite finished sinking when they were rescued?

I was wondering the same thing, lol. Does it just become an unofficial buoy?
