Tipping WC?

I tried doing a search on this subject but there is not a lot of information and most seem to be for wedding that took place on the ship.

 

I will be getting married off of the ship in St. Thomas and have a WC that is not through the ship. We are already paying a "coordinators fee" along with the cost of everything else and I was just wondering what type of tip you would give on top of that, if any? Also what would be an appropriate tip for the officiant?

Hi. I had trouble finding much info on this topic too when I searched. We did a vow renewal in Nov. and we only gave the officiant $15.00 and the WC $20.00. It wasn't much but better than nothing. From what I did read, people gave anywhere from $20.00 to 15% of their total bill.

I don't see this wedding any different than any other wedding. There is no need to tip the WC or the Officient anything above their established fees.

we tipped the WC and officiant $20 each

I feel it is customary to tip "service" ppl for a job well done. I tipped $20 to each of my WC's (3 total) and $20 to my officiant.
