Miami - Nassau Suites / Gansevoort

Anybody have any reviews / experiences with these 2 hotels?

 

wife was looking at them but wanted to see if ol CC had anything to say :D

obviously they are 2 different places... but would we be overpaying at the Gansvoort at about 185 - 235? depending on the room?

Well I would pick the Gansavoort because it is on the beach. Plus, they have a really cool rooftop pool. I don't even know if the NS has a pool which would be a deal breaker for me.

 

I do know they spent years renovation the NS suites so I'm sure it is really nice (I haven't been inside).
