Any info on D206 on the Ruby Princess

Just assigned room D206 on the Ruby Princess. Does anyone have any info?

Just that it's toward the front of the ship.

..and I presume that you know that it is a mini-suite?

 

Beyond that, what kind of info are you looking for?

Is the balcony covered or uncovered. Can you feel a lot of motion from the ship. And anything else you might have about the room. By the way - are you sailing on March 20th?

Does this room have a fold down bunk as well as the rollaway under the sofa?

The cabin is forward on the port side, it is a quad, which means there is a pullman 4th bed that comes down from the ceiling. The balconies on this deck are uncovered, we didn't mind that at all. There is no way anyone can tell you if there will be motion or not, it depends on the sea on the days you're sailing. If you are sensitive to motion, make sure to take any meds you need, if not, enjoy the ride :)

 

We've not cruised on this ship before, but on the sister ships, Sapphire and Golden in mini suites. We've gotten spoiled with the extra cabin space and the larger bathroom.

Is the pullman right over the sofa (rollaway bed) so no one trips over the ladder in the middle of the night? Or is it on the opposite side of the room?
