Is there a place to rent bicycles near the cruise ship pier in Mazatlan?

Not sure we ever have seen bicycle rentals in mexico. We did rent the tough little golf cart below with the poorly maintained exhaust (LOUD!) in the Mazatlan cruise terminal 02/09 (they also have 50cc 4stroke Honda scooters).

 

 

This rental shop in PV has some strange rides, and if you look closely you can see a bike, that looks in need of repairs
