Pier vs. Tender - Eastern Caribbean

We will be sailing on the Glory this Thanksgiving. We will be visiting Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk. Do all of these stops have a pier or do they have to take a life boat to shore on any of them?

They all have piers. The only eastern port Carnival calls on that requires tenders is Half Moon Cay.
