Dunns River Falls: Where has that water been?

I just read this statement on a Jamaica post:

 

 

For those of you that just love Dunn's River Falls, take a trip sometime up the river to the quaint little tin shack village that is located on both sides of this river. You might want to take particular note also of the unique sewer system they have running through the center of their little town.

Just got back from cruise and we hired marva,

did the private tour and had Michelle as the driver--FANTASTIC!!

The tubing of the white river was clean, refreshing, beautiful

The D.R. Falls, we left the tour leader and climbed up ourselves from the bottom to the top with our 3 kids, clean, refreshing, beautiful and FANTASTIC!!

Don't know about DRF, but I know this is an issue in the US in rural areas. :(
