Is 1 hour layover in Atl enough time to get to my ship?

I think you will be fine. Easter Sunday morning will be a very "unbusy" time to fly. (It's oft-reported that the day BEFORE a holiday is far busier than the holday itself. In this case I would NOT switch to the day before -that is MORE likely to result in problems). You have a very late departure time, so even in the event of several hours delay, you will still have ample time.

I really appreciate the advice from everyone. We definitely have a plan..."RUN". Also, packing a lot in carry on since our luggage might not run as fast as we can! Thanks to all for taking the time to respond.:)
