Where to meet onboard Noordam before private tours?

We have several CC groups arranging for private tours on a Mediterranean cruise on the Noordam in September. Where would be a good place onboard ship for the groups of 8 or 10 to meet before disembarking for a tour? Never having sailed on the Noordam before, or even with HAL, I am at a loss for a suggestion! Thanks in advance.

Name a lounge such as Ocean Bar and all meet there to proceed together to the gangway.

 

Don't plan to meet at the gangway as that could start to crowd up clear passage if a few groups are doing the same thing.

Agree -- pick a place like the Ocean Bar, Crow's Nest to meet.

 

Don't pick the show lounge, Explorer's Lounge or Queen's lounge as some of HAL's excursions will probably be meeting there to leave the ship.

Maybe also met on the pier when you get off the ship at the end of the gangway, at least you will have all been through the security and not have to battle the crowds, that way you shouldn't be held up.
