FunForUs Posted March 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2010 Hi fellow cruisers, We are flying back to the US from Venice via Munich on Lufthansa coach class. I have looked at their carry-on baggage size restrictions which are considerably less than US airlines. I would appreciate any information from anyone who has flown on Lufthansa as to how strictly they enforce the size limits. Thanks, Shirley
6rugrats Posted March 29, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2010 VERY strictly, IME. I have watched them weigh carryons at check in, and even seen them bring a hand held scale to weigh a passenger's bag at the gate (despite some arguing, they took it away from him and checked it). YMMV.
