Emergency contact info?

We are sailing on FOS April 18th and this is the first time we've left the kids behind. Is there a phone number somewhere- either for RCCL or for the ship -where they would be able to reach us in case there was an emergency?

The cost is $7.95 USD a minute and can be charged to their American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® or Diners Club®. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply.

Why can't they use Skype from outside the US?:confused: It's a worldwide service, after all...
