River Tubing in Barbados - how cold is it?

We're considering taking Carnival's river tubing excursion in Barbados in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know how cold the river water is? If it's too cold.....we'll do something else!

River tubing in Barbados? Tell us more... Barbados is a relatively dry island that gets its water supply

from an underground aquifer system in the island's coral cap.

Ain't no rivers around in which you might river-tube. ;)

 

Over on the island's East Coast JOE'S RIVER is about the only constantly-running stream

and I'm still having a hard time imagining how river-tubing might be done there.

 

Somehow I think this might be an accidental misinformation error on Carnival's part.
