We went on the "ride" once to say that we did it. I'm not a big drinker and they don't serve frozen drinks at this bar, so I didn't order anything. It's mostly a martini bar.

if you order a frozen drink when you get to CP the waiter/waitress goes over to the trellis bar and gets it.

we used it several times just to ride and look...it was fun...sometimes it was there and instead of walking further and using the elevator we would just jump on...

 

My attitude while on Oasis was to see and do as many of the new and different things that I had not done on any other ship (except I knew I would not be doing the Zipline...:rolleyes:...)

 

If you hustle, you have time to go the restroom. If you don't make it back in time, you have three choices:

1) take the elevator/stairs up/down three flights to catch up with it

2) wait for it to come back to where you are

3) leave you spouse at the bar and go do something else :)

 

I like choice #3...:D

Does it have a weight limit and how busy is it, I think we would like to try it...how did you get to be on it for the parade...that would be cool!

 

We just were walking by and jumped on. It wasn't planned. The front of the bar is a better view. We were on the side and it was fine.

I ordered a frozen drink and the waitress said they didn't serve them there but she would go and get me one. She got mine somewhere on the Promenade.).
