Did you book with the cruise ship? by All Incl. do you mean the waterpark, beach, aquarium etc...but no food right? Have you checked the Comfort Suites Paradise Island hotel (right beside Atlantis and by booking a room there you get free bracelets for Atlantis) at a much lower cost - that's what we did for our July trip on the Monarch. The cruise wanted approx. $150 per person x4= $600 - I rented the room for approx. $350, that's a great savings. Just thought I would share in case you did not know about this hotel deal.

We took this option a year ago, but as I recall, there were multiple excursions, all with different access options. Some had beach area only, some were tours without real access to the pools/beaches. Some had dolphin encounters included. The one we took included access to all the pools and beach areas and lunch. We took a boat from the dock to Atlantis. Once there, we had an escorted tour of the facilities and were show where we could eat and where to get beach towels. After that we could do what we wanted (tour the Dig, use the water slides, pools etc.) We received a coupon for lunch, which included 4 or 5 of the outdoor dining options off a limited menu. The boat back to the ship was included in the tour, but we opted to pay for a taxi to go back on our own.

As soon as you get there they give you your bracelets even if your room is not ready or available. Some people pay and check-in and check-out at the same time!! they are used to this. We plan on getting our bracelets at 9am (when the waterpark and towel hut opens) and we will go back to the room and shower or take a break before we head back to the ship....why not, it's paid for right! You can read a lot more of this option on the Bahama forum (ports of call on cruise critic forum). It's certainly worth it - we are 4 in our family.

We just got off the Majesty yesterday :). We did Atlantis on Sunday and had an absolute blast (could have easily spent a whole extra day there). We also opted not to book it through the cruise line - we saved $70 per couple by doing it on our own. We looked into the Comfort Suites ahead of time, but the pricing we got (during our stay) was not any less than purchasing our tickets at Atlantis the day of (including the discount codes we found). We paid $110 per person for tickets (for the full package that included the water park) and $8 per person ($4 each way) for cab fare. We wanted to try a water taxi (for $3 pp), but we would have had a 30 minute wait for it to fill. We saw the Atlantis excursion group (that had booked through Royal Caribbean) gathering as we left the ship, we beat them there and had all of the same accommodations.

we paid $4 each for a cab ride to the atlantis beach. Spent all day at the beach, roamed the atlantis property, ate, drank gambled at the casino and was welcomed everywhere we tried to go with no wristband. I kinda think the cost for the atlantis beach day shore excursion is a ripoff.

The Casino and shopping areas were free (not sure which beach areas were public access). They didn't check for wrist bands until we got to the enterance of the water area - we walked through some aquariums and entered by the pools. Once inside you have access to all of their beaches, pools, lounge chairs and towels. You do have to have a particular wrist band to get on the water slides. We did see some people turned away from the slides for not having a wristband.

We did the Beach Day excursion in January. We didn't book it through the ship though, we just bought the tickets when we got to Atlantis.

With the Beach Day, you have access to the beaches, the lagoons and the aquarium but not the pools and water slides. (There's another excursion you can buy that includes the pools/water slides but it costs more).

Since January, there has been a lot of erosion to one of the Atlantis beaches and when we were there last month, that beach was blocked off. I don't know if they've repaired it yet or not, but there are two other beaches to use.

Here is the review I posted on the Bahamas board in January:

We're back from Nassau and did end up getting the Atlantis Beach Day pass. I thought I'd post the information for others.

The price of the pass was $60 a person. It included lunch at any of 5 different grills (the lunch was for things like hamburgers, hot dogs, fried fish plus french fries and a drink). I hadn't realized that lunch would be included so that was a nice surprise.

We purchased our tickets at a kiosk in the Atlantis casino. I really don't see any reason to buy this excursion through the ship. If you buy it directly from Atlantis, you can go and come at the times you please and you don't have to wait for a large group.

We took the water taxi over to Atlantis ($3 a person) and took a regular taxi back to the dock ($4 a person). The water taxi is a nice ride but it only leaves every half hour and then there's a bit of a walk to Atlantis so the regular taxi is a bit more convenient.

The Beach Day pass gives you access to all of the lagoons and marine habitats. You can also use any of their 3 beaches. You will get a towel and use of a beach chair and locker. We didn't use the beach but it was very pretty - white sand, gorgeous blue water. We just wanted to be able to see the Atlantis property. We were given a map, which we definitely needed because the place is enormous. Be prepared and bring comfortable walking shoes.

You could easily spend the whole day in Atlantis with this pass. Just seeing The Digs and all the lagoons took us most of the day.

Definitely bring your own water, if you go. There are no water fountains anywhere in Atlantis and they charge an arm for a bottle of water.
