Carnival Miracle being used as hotel space in Jacksonville, FL for the superbowl

It's true, I just saw it on the news. They brought the miracle to Jacksonville today to use it as hotel space for the superbowl! Does anyone know where the miracle was supposed to be originally today?

Where have you been? This has been posted many times. Been planned a very long time. Miracle will be one of several ships there for Super Bowl. :)

I'm not a huge football fan, I just live one who is. As a matter of fact, I just read the other posts regarding this. But the question IS. Where was the miracle supposed to be?

I got off the Miracle on Sunday - our server said that the crew was looking forward to the restful repositioning of the ship to JAX, as they weren't taking on any new passengers for the ride over from Tampa. We finally disembarked Sunday at around noon, and they were preparing to leave empty for JAX that afternoon.

 

The Miracle returns to her usual Tampa Sunday - Sunday runs beginning Feb 13.

It was supposed to be in Jacksonville as a floating hotel... has been planned for what? Almost 2 years? So it IS where it was supposed to be :p :D

Ship will do a 3 day cruise after Super Bowl & then sail back to Tampa empty. We will not sail until 8:00PM instead of 4:00.
