Promenade Room Location - Deck 6 near Elevator - Help!

My sister and brother-in-law have a handicap promenade room booked on the Explorer in Sept. Does anyone know if a wheelchair can pull right up to the window to see the view? We are across the hall in a balcony :D

My kids were in PR 8322 on Explorer, No noise issue. My son enjoyed sitting on the window couch watching the girls in the elevator flirt with him!! It was cute. :-)

There's a couch directly under the window that I don't think can be moved, but perhaps they can sit on the couch?

If you fear noise, wouldn't it just makes sense to bring earplugs? I don't see why it would be a big deal.

Not really....he had a stroke years ago and is paralyzed on one side of his body and it is awkward for him to sit anywhere but in his chair...
