Transfer of Cruise Credit - How Long Does It Take?

I faxed a copy of my notarized form on June 16th, along with a copy of my credit card statement showing the deposit. I still haven't heard anything from Carnival. Should I have received something in the mail by now?

I am confused what kind of cruise credit you want "transferred". Im having trouble imagining some credit to do with Carnival Id want to transfer?

If it's a 'future' cruise credit because you paid for someone's deposit on early saver and they've now canceled and you want it back for yourself then it will stay noted on the booking and when you book a 'future' cruise you will be able to transfer it over.

 

If it's not that then explain what it's for please.

Yes - it's for a future cruise. Originally, my niece was coming on our cruise but now is not able to go. The transfer is to transfer the credit from her name to mine so I can apply it towards another cruise.

Call whomever you booked with, they should be able to track it down. Carnival doesnt send many things in the mail, not even your luggage tags and such anymore.
