St. Barths: taxi to Corossol?

We will be tendered at Gustavia, St. Barths from 11 am to 5 pm only. We were hoping the ship would offer a shore ex that included Corossol Village but that has not happened. Has anyone ever tried taking a taxi there? If so, how much did it cost. Was it easy to find a taxi back again or did you just arrange with the driver for all day? We may have some competition for taxis as there is another larger ship in port that day and they arrive 2 hours before we do.
