Options other than taxi for LAX to San Pedro

We are on the Golden Princess 14 day Hawaii leaving San Pedro September 29. We arrive at LAX the day before September 28 and will be staying at the Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel in San Pedro.

 

Looks like a taxi will be more that $50 before tip. Is there any kind of shuttle or other way of getting from LAX to San Pedro?

We used Zippy Shuttle http://zippyshuttle.net/ and very please with our service. Ken even gave us a tour of the port as we drove from Long Beach to the San Pedro Port.

Both Prime Time Shuttle and Super Shuttle (and possibly others) are available at LAX. You can book in advance, but you really don't have to. Just exit the baggage claim area to the driveway outside and you'll see the shuttle coordinators (burgundy for Prime, blue for Super) with clipboard in hand.

 

About 2 years ago I took Prime Time Shuttle to San Pedro and it was $16 bucks plus tip.
