Does anyone know which Dining Room is open for lunch on embarkation day on the Gem and at what time does it open?

Grand Pacific and usually open 12 to 2PM

It always pays to check in the Freestyle Daily, because there are exceptions from time to time.

 

Although it's normally the Grand Pacific, sometimes it's the smaller dining room (Magenta?) because the Grand Pacific is being used for a private luncheon. On a cruise we took in February both dining rooms were open, probably because the weather in NY was so cold that they could not use the Great Outdoors.
