OBC and Travel agent

So today I call my TA cause I do not see my OBC on the paperwork......She says they took it off the cost of the trip to match thier price with a competeter??? Really? and this was never told to me. It looks shady to me. I think I got screwed!

Sounds like you did to me. I would cancel and get a full refund and re-book elsewhere depending on how far out from cruising you are. I hate shady TA's like that.

I would be sure to place a good formal complaint with the TA you dealt with, and see if there is someone else you can speak with that might be able to help your situation. I am sorry you leave tomorrow with this happening, I would be just as angry as you are right now.

So unfair!!! If you had it when you booked when last did you see it on your account? My thought is maybe they never gave it to you. Was it alot? Do you have any thing in writing to prove they took some thing that was your's?
