Anyone used When In Rome Tours?

Hi all-

We are thinking about using the train to get into Rome from the port, but want to hire out a private tour guide for a scheduled vatican tour. Has anyone used the company When in Rome Tours for either the vatican or for the Ancient Rome sites? We are on a limited budget, and their prices are by far the most reasonable that I have found (children under 10 are free; I have 2 of those), and their website looks good, but hearing a good review from a past cruiser would help ease my anxiety about choosing them. :)
