How do you know when formal nights are

We are booked for the 2/16 10-day Caribbean cruise on the Emerald. I've searched but can't find any information on when the formal nights are. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

They are usually your first full day at sea, and your last full day at sea, except if the last day of the cruise is a full sea day, then it will be the second to last sea day. If you don't have two full sea days meeting the above criteria, then one of the formal nights will occur on a day when the ship leaves port early (usually 1, 2 or 3 PM).

Looking at your itinerary, the formal nights will most likely be Day 3 and Day 9.
