Park Central Hotel

Has anybody ever stayed at this hotel or can offer comments?

While we've never stayed here, we do stay in a location very close to the Park Central, so we walk by it maybe 10 times a day and comment that there's never anyone (or very few) in the street level restaurant, regardless of the time of day. The hotel is in a great location.
