No but I believe you have to had made your final payment. It starts about 3 months prior to your sailing and shut down 2-3 days prior to your sailing.

I think you have to be paid in full to book your online reservations. I may be wrong; if so, someone will please let me know.

No, you do not. I made my dining reservations about five months out. Those have to be paid for at the time of booking. Entertainment opens up about 75 to 80 days out and you do not have to be paid in full to book.
