Liberty of the Seas menus and Cruise Compasses

Does anyone know if there is somewhere on the forum where I can see the menus on a 7 day cruise. Also need to see the Compasses to make plans for when we will eat at the specialty restaurants. If I remember correctly there are some dinners in the MDR that are not so good.

If you can find 7 day menus for any ship, that will do...they're all the same!
