Parasailing

Can anyone recommend a good outfit to parasail while we are in port? I have always wanted to try this but the last time I was on a cruise the winds were up and they were not letting anyone go up....

First trip to St. Thomas so I would love some help.

:confused: People don't seem to be responding to a lot of these "port posts". I am researching the same thing. So far I have come up with viwatersports. Seem to be a lot of good comments, but only a few are recent.

viwatersports pretty much runs the parasailing biz on St Thomas. They will pick up from many beaches.

I've done the parasail on St. Thomas, albeit in 2005 and it was not that great. I had done it in Hawaii and it was much much better. If you are going to St. Maarten, they do parasail at Orient Beach and that one may be better. We are trying that one in March.

We did the parasailing in St. Thomas and it was beautiful. We booked through the ship and thought it was reasonable.
