It will be. They always make a big deal of it, from what I've read. And it will certainly be on in your cabin as well.

Don't know how they do it now or on each ship but 2 Superbowls ago on the Carnival Spirit they had it in the show room on the big screen and you could also watch it on other areas. In the showroom they had you fill out a ticket for drawings and they had all the food you would expect for watching the Superbowl.

 

We won the first drawing and our prize was to sit on a sofa above the other seats right under the screen with all the free beers you wanted for one quarter of the game - in our case, the first quarter. There were two couches so two winners of 2 per sofa. Don't know if your ship will be similar but Carnival does know how to celebrate Superbowls.
