New to Priceline need San Jaun hotel

I have never used Priceline before. Can someone halp me with some tips? We'd like to stay at the Sharaton Old San Jaun which I believe was the Wyndam. Any hotel of that caliber would be great and near the cruise docks. Has anyone had any luck with getting what you want?

I just discovered a great website that has lots of tips about bidding on Priceline. The message board also has posts as to what people bid for certain locations and which hotels they ended up getting.

Attipay, I was able to get the Sheraton OSJ thru Hotwire for $83 +taxes thru Hotwire for our upcoming pre-cruise stay in April. ( the price fluctuates, and you have to be patient) Definately check out betterbidding. Theruare is a big help. Last year I got the Intercontinental for $135 the same week thru Priceline
