Private tour tipping

Hi,

 

We booked a private tour in Ephesus, Terrace Houses & Sirince Village through Ekol & got the sale price for 4 persons $64 each...How much should we tip each? 15% is less than $10 each, doesn't seem right? I know different countries have different tipping customs. Advice please.
