Mobile losing the Elation

Just found out about Carnival moving the Elation to Tx and mobile not having a ship there any more, anybody know anything more, I don't understand why they would move it, it was always full. We live only about 45 min from there but darn now we have to go to New Orleans to go out so thats not bad I guess.:confused::)

Very dissapointed to hear this. We are taking our first cruise which happens to be out of Mobile tomorrow.

 

I wonder if another cruise line will come in since there is a nice port???

Houston built a brand new port saying built it and they will come ... no one has come, empty port
