What kind of table minimums are there on the blackjack tables? What hours is the casino open?

I just returned from the Golden Princess (2-27-05 sailing), and spent some time in the Casino. I only played Blackjack, so I can't speak for the other table games, but there were $5 and $10 tables. The slots ran from nickels to $5.

The casinos generally open after about half an hour to an hour after you set sail. Once they open, the slot machines are available 24/7 (unless its the night before you pull into a port).
