Exactly what is included in the room service menu? Can I order an omelet for breakfast or just things like bagels, danish and toast?

For breakfast it is cold items, similar to a continental breakfast.

 

The rest of the time they offer hot and cold sandwiches, salads, veggies and dip, and desserts.

 

Room service is free. The tip is not included.

I like to think of room service as an "inbetween" menu. I use it inbetween getting up and having breakfast and inbetween other meals. ;):D

The sign you put on your door to have room svc bring you your breakfast just includes the cold items, however, you can call in the morning and I think order any of the other items listed for room service. I know you can at least order the blt's which are very good.

iam so mad we cant get hot warm breakfast on the carnival freedom .......on r/c you can get what ever you want for breakfast and what ever time you want it ...r/c next time for me ..i love my breakfast in bed ..dont have to get up get dressed ...breakfast in bed is what iam looking for on vacation ...lol

Actually, she has a thread of her own complaining about the same thing from earlier this week.

 

OP, you can go to the buffet and bring an omelet (or anything from the buffet line) back to your room. The continental breakfast offered through room service is comparable to what is offered in most hotels.

You can get an omelet in the main dining room for breakfast.

In the main dining room you don’t have to carry trays of food around looking for a seat.

there usually is a price difference for a royal cruise- for us the price doesnt warrant for an omelet in bed.

At least you found out now before you go. Can you cancel?
